What we collect

When you book, we keep your name, mobile number, the appointment you chose and, if you give it, your email address. We use them to manage your appointments and to see when you visited us. Our website counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure visits and how people use the site; it doesn't receive your booking details. Learn more in how Google uses this information, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Appointment texts

If you tick the appointment-text box, you get texts about that appointment, such as a confirmation, a change or a reminder. They are sent by Opal, LLC, which runs our booking system, on our behalf (SMS terms). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Offers and visit reminders

Only if you tick those boxes when you book or join our list (or, for email, tell us in the salon), we may send you offers and a reminder when you're due for your next visit, by text and/or email, up to 4 messages a month for each. This is never required to book or buy anything.

• Texts: reply STOP at any time.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Or ask us in the salon or by phone at (704) 796-6803.

We keep a record of when you agreed or opted out, so we can respect your choice.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers needed to run this website and deliver messages, such as our hosting, text-message and email providers, and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details by contacting the salon. Our website and booking system are operated for us by Opal, LLC.
